I just received the very best customer service this afternoon that I’ve had in a very long time. The person who helped was Ricky, I believe. I called this morning with damage done to wiring of my topper. He made a appointment for me the very same day at 4pm. He then took care of the wiring issue,”to insure I keep coming back”. He even fixed it better then it was originally from the factory! That is the kind of service that will keep myself and other customers returning! Well done sir!!! Thank-you!

Trey was fantastic in getting us setup with a beautiful DCU topper in diamond plate. We wanted something that would match our Airstream trailer and give us additional dry storage. He helped us figure out what we wanted and then worked to speed up the delivery and install process since we were on a tight schedule. It’s now over a month later having gone through heavy rains and dust storms and it’s doing great! Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Wish all our vendors were like these guys!
